Shipping & Returns
Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed. Since we pour each candle by hand our processing times may vary especially during the holiday season. Keep in mind that your shipping date starts when you receive your email confirmation.
As of 3/5/2021 we will begin shipping all orders via UPS. You should receive a shipping notification via email or text with tracking information once your order is shipped. Orders usually arrive in 3-5 business days after you receive your shipping email confirmation.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES + DAMAGED PACKAGE
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Our products cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event the package is damaged during shipping please contact us immediately via email at email@example.com so we can get this issue resolved as quickly as possible.
